How does it work?

DISCOVERY CALL
Contact us to book your complimentary discovery call to chat about your space and what you are hoping to achieve.

DESIGN BRIEF MEETING
A 90-minute in-home session where we explore your space, define your design goals and gather details such as measurements.

The consultation fee is £147–£195, depending on your location. This fee covers our time and will be fully refunded upon acceptance of your quote,
within 30 days.

QUOTE
Following the design brief meeting, you will receive a personalised quote tailored to your space, scope of works and design goals.

DESIGN CONCEPT
Following acceptance of your quote, a concept board is developed within approximately 10 days to to capture the look and feel of your new space. This stage ends with a meeting for approval via Zoom call.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Upon approval of the initial concept, we step into Design Development. This is where the vision starts taking shape.
You will recieve:

2D floor plan

curated digital moodboards with furniture and accessories selections

carefully chosen pain and wallpaper combinations (2 to 3 options)
-
beautifully assembled samples board (where samples are available)

itemised shopping list
The final design presentation can be delivered in-person or via Zoom, whichever is most convenient.

PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION
This stage offers a full turnkey service, managing the procurement, delivery, installation and styling.

Clients benefit from our exclusive trade discounts and access to trade only suppliers.
This service carries a minimum spend per room with a procurement fee on purchased items. Installation and delivery fees are charged separately.
Because every project is unique, fees are based on the scope of work and the level of support you choose.
